USE PERMIT NO. CU-22-3:
A request for an extension of a nonconforming privilege and a conditional use permit to restore operations of a walk-up window use, along with the addition of a 231 square-foot covered patio, façade update and related site improvements at an existing 1,189 square-foot restaurant located at 6925 Western Avenue. The project qualifies for Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Class 1, Section 15301 – Existing Facilities.
